In collaboration with itSMF (International Service Management Forum) of which Birchman is a member, and ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association), on the 17th February Birchman Consulting participated in the CIMA2 congress by giving a talk entitled ´Working with Itil: Business Service Management and Balanced Scorecard´.
The talk showed how the combination of methodologies can be used in guiding the provision of a service to the company´s objectives, providing the practical tools to the CEO as well as the CIO. More than 200 people attended the conference in person and it was also streamed to Latin America.
